Getting there

The Mercure is situated on Newport Road, just outside of Cardiff's City Centre.Nearby parking facilities include NCP Knox Road and NCP Dumfries.The hotel has 70 car parking spaces, chargeable as follows:
  • 2 hours free, £7 for up to 8 hours until 6pm, £18 per 24hour stay
  • You can also get a ticket for Dumfries Place from the hotel reception for £18 per 24hour stay
The Mercure is only a short walk from the Cardiff Queen Street train station or 10 minutes from Cardiff Central.Access
The venue is fully accessible, but if you have any specific requirements, please get in touch ahead of the event.
The registration desk, exhibition area and conference suite will all be on the ground floor - please look out for the CHC banners.

If you have any dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, any allergies etc), please do let us know beforehand.

The evening meal on Day 1 of the conference will be a summer BBQ buffet. There will be no table plan, which will give delegates further opportunities for networking.

Conference Rooms
The conference will be taking place across three floors.  Please refer to the agenda for details on the rooms for each session.  Signage will be available throughout the event and CHC staff will be on hand to help with any queries.
