MY HERO’s mission is to use media and technology to celebrate the best of humanity and to empower people of all ages to realize their own potential to effect positive change in the world. These free media arts education resources support all levels of media makers with the tools needed to produce meaningful hero films that can be shared with our global audience.

The Edit is NBCU Academy and Adobe’s initiative to develop creativity and inspire the next generation of talent in journalism, media and tech. Your middle or high school students will build key digital literacy skills as they create their own 90-second video news reports about physical, mental, social or financial well-being using Adobe Express and a complete package of ready-made tutorials and guides.
YoungArts offers an annual national competition in the categories of creative nonfiction, novel, play or script, poetry, short story, and spoken word. Student winners may receive awards of up to $10,000 as well as the chance to participate in artistic development with leaders in their fields.
