The vision of the Chatham County Schools Counseling Program is to graduate globally competitive, well-rounded students by providing a comprehensive school counseling program to assist students in acquiring the mindset and behaviors, cognitive, career and social-emotional standards needed to become successful citizens in a diverse environment in the 21st century.

School Mission Statement

By the year 2020, Margaret B. Pollard Middle School will effectively utilize technological, local and building resources on a daily basis to enhance the educational experience of students, faculty and staff. All students will enter high school within three years with academic skills at or above their grade level as a strong understanding of their own role in contributing to an eco-friendly, caring and global community
