Cleanup - No good party ends without a mess to clean up. 😆  We have volunteer shifts on Friday night and Saturday morning to make it look like we were never there.

Drop Off / Check-in @ 6:45PM - Every 8th Grader must check in at the front tables.  Check-in opens at 6:45PM and tables are divided by student last name.  The gates will open at 7PM.  Once checked in, they must stay at the event until a parent checks them out early or till the end of the party.

SDC Early Check-in - For our SDC students that would like to check in early, get paired with a buddy and get a preview tour, please meet at the Check-in tables at 6:30PM.

Late Drop Off - We ask that all students check in by 7:30PM.  If you think your student will be later than 7:30, please give us a heads up so we can plan for volunteers - Promo_Party@CharlotteWoodPTA.org.

Early Pick Up - If your student needs to leave before 9:30PM, you must come to the front gate to check them out.

9:30PM Pick Up - The students will be released from the MPR.  Parents are not required to check them out.

We've been getting lots of questions about how the kids should dress...

We will follow the school dress code.  So it's casual, but all the same rules apply.  If you can't wear it to school, you can't wear it to the Promotion Party.

EVERY student attending must have the following forms completed:

• PTA Event Waiver

• Read the CWMS Student Code of Conduct - while the document references school trips, it is still relevant to this event
