Foam Test Cuts

To test the settings for cutting the foam, I designed a small fusion file with squares to be cut out, which looked like this

After this, Mr. Dubick told us that these settings worked, but we were fine just using the default settings on the big laser cutter. From this point on those were the settings that we used.

Plane Parts Cut

To cut the actual plane pieces, as i stated earlier, we just used the default settings for foam board on the big laser cutter. The cut turned out well but there were some snags meaning that each piece wouldn't just pop out of the foam when the cut was done. This was due to notches in the design, which I had originally intended to manually remove on the file itself, but ended up leaving it, as other classes
