Start with your entire body off of the floor, keep your toes tucked and palms of your hand flat on the floor, push your entire body up and down off of the floor using your arms, keeping your entire body from touching the floor the entire time. Complete as many pushups as you can in 1 minute.
Place a large paper grocery bag, clean waste basket or kitchen trash can at least 10 steps away.
Pointer: Make at least 3 paper balls so you can take as many shots as you can in 1 minute.
Lay your back and legs flat on the floor, keep your hands to your side and lift your heels (6) Six Inches off the floor. Keep your heels up as long as you can. The person who can hold their heels off the floor the longest, WINS.
CoachWilson_KnockKnee.mp4Knock Knee Ball Challenge is very similar to knee trembler game, but we will use paper balls instead of oranges & we will use cereal bowls instead of hoops.
Place a piece of tape on the floor, 10 ft away from the tape, place a bowl on the floor. Put a paper ball between your knees, walk towards the bowl and place the paper ball into the bowl that is on the floor without using your hands. Continue to place paper balls in the bowl for 1 minute to see how many you can do in 1 minute.
Complete a 1 minute fitness activity challenge of your choice, then challenge your LAMBS Elementary School Family to complete your challenge.
Pointer: Your challenge should not cost money nor require special equipment, and required materials should be easy to find.
