You can commission Marcus to work with your organisation to develop and write bespoke, interactive and engaging Learning and CPD sessions or packages for your organisation to use.
This Writing Service includes:
- Working with your organisation to identify what is unique (e.g. Policies, Staff Structure, Procedures, Delivery)
- Find out what Training courses need to be delivered to staff (e.g. Safeguarding or Behaviour Management)
- Process of writing and review (for as many times as needed) to tailor make training sessions and/or whole packages
- "Train the Trainer" Session for Staff within your organisation to enable them to deliver the Training courses or packages
- Transfer the copyright of the sessions or packages to the Organisation so they can use them how they want

NYA Youth Work Quality Mark
Quality Mark is an organisational reflective tool built on a framework of three standards with 12 indicators to create and embed a culture of learning and growth.
The National Youth Agency recognise that strong relationships are the foundation for all good youth work practice and the standards within the framework provide an opportunity to celebrate the many skilled and effective youth workers who practice educational and developmental youth work, supporting young people to identify their strengths, and to use those to learn, grow and become active members of their communities.

NYA Hear by Right Framework
Hear by Right has been developed by the National Youth Agency and is an organisational development tool built on a framework of seven standards with 20 indicators that describe best practice, supporting organisations to plan, develop and evaluate their participation practices and provision.
It fosters a culture of development; a continual journey for keeping young people at the heart of decision making. There is the option to go for a formal assessment process to gain a national NYA award to recognise and celebrate great practice in participation.

From September 2019, Ofsted has changed their framework in which they assess Education Settings and Registered Children's Services.
