Marcus specialises in workforce training, inclusive practice, service management and safeguarding children and is particularly skilled at developing and nurturing aspiring leaders and managers within the workforce.
Marcus has designed, managed and evaluated services supporting children and young people and has received funding from national organisations including the O2 (Telefonica UK Foundation) and National Youth Agency (the National Body for Youth Work) to develop Early Intervention and Targeted Youth Work services for at risk young people.
I am an accredited Safeguarding Children Trainer for a number Safeguarding Children Partnerships (SCPs) with a particular interest in developing innovative training and adult learning techniques to better engage professionals to create better environments for children and young people.
