Father's Day Tea in Reception

What a special treat for all the Reception Daddies at Chandlings.  All the children had decorated delicious gingerbread biscuits for them to enjoy at their afternoon tea followed by a fun afternoon of making and flying paper aeroplanes together.

Year 5 become Forensic Investigators

A team of super sleuths, from Year 5, tackled a crime scene at Downe House School. Throughout the day they carried out forensics to determine which suspect was the perpetrator. After analysing fingerprints, footprints, fibres, an unknown powder and stomach contents, the detectives correctly deduced the offender.

SPORTS DAYS

All the children from Nursery up to Year 6 enjoyed Sports Days last week. Parents cheered from the side lines, the weather was kind and everyone had a great day.  Politimore were the overall winners.
