What is Cambridge doing for everyone's health?
Curious what the City of Cambridge's efforts are to improve the health and wellbeing of people who live, work, and play in Cambridge? The Cambridge Public Health Department and our many partners are working on a five-year public plan called the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP).
You can learn more about the CHIP and our efforts in the infographic flyer below. Feel free to share this flyer with your partners and anyone in Cambridge!
Partners across the Cambridge community are using the CHIP to set public health priorities and to help with decisions about health and wellbeing.
Cambridge’s CHIP works on three top priorities:
Helping neighbors bounce back from setbacks – together
Healthy eating and active living
Everyday mental health
The Cambridge Public Health Department and our partners strive to create a plan that is for the community, by the community. If you would like to be part of the CHIP, let us know at bit.ly/chip-interest or connect with us at CambridgeCHIP@challiance.org or 617-665-3800.
