Stone Door Management Launches Challenger Chassis, Bringing Metal Fabrication Solutions to Grundy County

TRACY CITY, TN – 24 July 2025 – Stone Door Management today announced its expansion with the launch of Challenger Chassis, a brand specializing in metal fabrication and welding solutions. This announcement follows the completion of a lease-purchase agreement with The Industrial Development Board of Grundy County for the property located at 419 Industrial Drive in Tracy City, TN.

Stone Door Management has been a fixture in Grundy County business and local real-estate since 2013. The agreement on the Industrial Drive property in Tracy City marks the beginning of a new phase in the company's continued growth and commitment to the local economy.

Challenger Chassis offers a range of metal fabrication and welding services, catering to channel customers across the Eastern United States. This new operation is poised to meet the growing demand for high-quality, custom metalwork in the region and beyond.
