The Chadwick International Future Pathways Club (CIFPC) was founded as a student-led initiative to help middle school students explore future careers through authentic, real-world engagement. What began as a small interest-based club evolved through student research, surveys, and collaboration with school leadership into a campus-wide platform focused on career readiness and leadership. By organizing fundraisers, conducting school-wide surveys, and working closely with administrators and community partners, CIFPC successfully launched Chadwick International’s first-ever Career Fair—marking a shift from individual exploration to collective impact. Today, CIFPC continues to grow as a bridge between student curiosity and real-world pathways, aiming to establish meaningful traditions that prepare students for life beyond the classroom.
Our club members are passionate, driven middle school students who share a curiosity about the future and a willingness to take initiative. Members come from diverse interests—ranging from business and technology to arts, healthcare, and leadership—but are united by a common goal: creating meaningful opportunities for their peers to explore real-world pathways. No prior experience is required to join CIFPC. We value motivation, responsibility, and collaboration over résumés. New members are welcomed through a simple application process designed to understand their interests, commitment, and how they hope to contribute to the club’s mission. Below, you can meet the students behind CIFPC—leaders, planners, designers, and coordinators working together to turn ideas into impact.
