HOLDEN ZIEGLER - C/O 2025

DL/OT/FB

Holden joins the Wall of Fame for being a Sports in Kansas 2A Defensive Player of the Year Finalist in 2022. Ziegler was the only Sophomore on the list of 9 finalists. Holden and his teammate Ethan Burton became the first two Braves players to ever achieve this feat. Ziegler is the first Sophomore in school history to meet Wall of Fame qualifier status.

With two years of his career to go, Big Zieg is already one of the most fearsome defensive linemen in school history. Ziegler has translated his power in the weight room to on-field success. His special season earned him the honor of being the first Sophomore in school history to earn All-State, All-District, or All-League status on both sides of the ball as a lineman.

His monster Sophomore season led to him breaking records on both sides of the line. His 29 Pancakes on the season was a record by more than 10, and he also charted 9 in a single game against Northern Heights. On defense, Ziegler broke the record for most tackles for loss in a season with 14. The sky is the limit for Holden, and his Wall of Fame profile will continue to be added to as he adds to his resume during his Junior and Senior seasons.
