CHANDLER WHITE - C/O 2017

K/Wing/DB

Accolades:

White only played one year of varsity football for the Braves as a starter, but he made it count. He went 4/7 on FGs and 7/12 on PATs. He was known for his accurate and powerful leg, averaging over 50 yards per kickoff his senior season. This helped him earn all the school kickoff average records. He was one of the biggest parts of the 2015-2016 Braves defenses as he consistently gave the defense great field position to work with. His skills as a kicker got him noticed at the state level as he received First Team All-State 3A kicking honors from the Kansas Football Coaches Association. On top of his kicking abilities, he was also a dynamic threat at the wing back for the Braves, where he had speed to run on the perimeter and jumping ability to go high point a football.

“Chandler White was the definition of a utility player. He carried the ball, caught it, kicked it, and punted. And he competed at a high level. He only played one year for us, but was the best kicker in 3A.”

-Nate Teichgraeber (Former CGHS Head Football Coach)
