December 2024
This month we will continue to focus on our students academic achievement. Homework time, homework help and credit recovery are all a part of our everyday. As we wrap up the semester before our break students are working hard to study for exams as well as get day to day homework done. That does not stop us from having a little bit of fun there and there. Students have been participating in Healthy living activities as well as some community building activities through Math, ELA and STEM. We had a family night planned that has been postponed due to a scheduling conflict.

This month we will continue to focus on healthy living, math enrichment as well as ELA enrichment each week. Students have been working on academics throughout the month and have been building relationships through different activities and clubs. We had our first Esport tournament where students who participated were able to show their skills while making friends with others from different schools in our district.

This month we will continue to focus on our students academic achievement. Homework time, homework help and credit recovery are all a part of our everyday. This month we will focus on healthy living, math enrichment as well as ELA enrichment each week. Activities will vary and help student apply skills to everyday activities. We will start our weekly clubs this year, with the first rotation including esports, cooking club and reading buddies with the elementary SPARKS program.

This year we are off to a great start with our students. They are starting the year off right with homework and recovering credits. Our students have time for both work and enrichment during Ignite. We started wit physical fitness through yoga this month.
Doing some yoga to relax and refresh after homework time. Check out the balance on some of these high schoolers.
Working together to tackle the days homework. After a long day of school they have a little more studying in them... I bet they are counting down until enrichment time.
Summer 2024
After a long day of recovering credits this summer, A brain break was needed, we had to get out and decorate the sidewalks.
This summer we had the chance to go to John Ball Zoo, some of our high schoolers tried their hand a ziplining. These are some brave souls.
Lets just say that even though they all tried for a hole in one... I'm not so sure it happened according to the rules. What a great time we had celebrating the end of the summer. Our high school students worked hard. We are so proud.
