December 2025

December is upon us and how can this be?  Students have spent time learning how to be kind to one another.  We have talked about what it means to problem solve.  Students have made many Christmas and winter crafts, celebrating the season.  We had a family night planned that has been postponed due to a scheduling conflict.

November 2025

Oh what fun this November will be. Students have learned different creative ways to create and decorate turkeys for the Thanksgiving season.  Students also learned about measurement with sand art. We have also spent some time learning the different ways to be thankful and show others you are thankful for them. We have continued Reading Buddies with high school students from our Ignite program.

October 2025

Oh what fun this October will be.  Our students are taking their knowledge of shapes and learning about patterns and building our counting skills.  We will be reading some new books about character traits and being a kid of character, while trying our hand at decorating book characters.  Our students will have the chance to use their crafting gene by finishing our salt dough projects, starting some fall apple suncatchers along with other fall crafts. We will also be starting Reading Buddies with high school students from our Ignite program.
