Honors World History
This is a rigorous course designed to chronologically study World History from 1750 to the present. As students study historic eras, they will consider the influence of geographic settings, cultural perspectives, economic systems and various forms of government. Writing, analysis of Primary Source Documents and critical class discussions and debates are emphasized throughout the scope and sequence of Enriched World History. This study incorporates higher-level critical thinking with the Ohio State Standards for Social Studies to create a preparatory curriculum for success in college-level work following the completion of this class.
