As you have probably heard, the Cuyahoga Falls City School District has decided to use ParentSquare as our main communication tool for important district, building, and classroom updates. So we will be using ParentSquare as our tool for signing up for Conferences.
Signing up for ParentSquare
If you haven't signed up for ParentSquare yet, you can do that now so you can sign up for Conferences. You should have previously received an email and/or text to activate your account.
Here's their Getting Started Guide to help you get setup.
If you cannot find your activation email or text, let us know and we can have it resent.
Signing into ParentSquare
If you are already signed up and using ParentSquare, you will receive a post from your student's teachers based on your notification preferences (email, text, or app). You can also sign into ParentSquare to see those posts.
When visiting ParentSquare, you will see posts from your student's teachers that invite you to sign-up for Conferences. If you have more than one child, you may need to switch schools.
Signing up for a Conference
Once you find the Conference post, simply sign up for one of the available time slots, and include a short note if you have anything you'd like the teacher to know.
