The first step renters should take if they are concerned about paying their rent or facing eviction is to contact their on-site manager or lease agent by phone or email right away to let them know if you may need rental assistance or a payment plan for your next monthly rental payment. Early communication with residents and managers allows for more time to respond and explore all options. 

Next Steps provides both transitional and permanent housing in a campus-community style setting.

Transitional and permanent housing also receive recovery and wellness support services wrapped into their housing program through New Directions Wellness Center. This private residential, supportive housing offers affordable housing in a community of support. Residents learn to become good neighbors, citizens, and are encouraged to participate in community activities. Families are supported and community networks of support are built. Residents learn how to operate as a recovery community, in support of each other and the entire community.

Cornerstone Mission and Diana’s Faith House are 90 day programs providing shelter and case management in order to reach the goal of self-sufficiency.  We also provide showers and food to the hungry. 

Soup Kitchen Meal served daily from 3 to 5 pm, 365 days a year.  Sack Lunches are available Mon - Sat from 9am to 1pm or until gone.
