The first step renters should take if they are concerned about paying their rent or facing eviction is to contact their on-site manager or lease agent by phone or email right away to let them know if you may need rental assistance or a payment plan for your next monthly rental payment. Early communication with residents and managers allows for more time to respond and explore all options.

The mission of the Front Door Program is to divert and or prevent homelessness when possible, reduce the amount of time homeless individuals and families spend on wait-lists, as well as, place individuals and families with the most appropriate agency for their housing needs in the quickest and most cost-effective manner.

Public Housing was established to provide decent and safe rental housing for eligible low-income families, the elderly, and persons with disabilities. The City of Flagstaff Housing Authority has two main Public Housing locations: Siler Homes, and Brannen Homes, with several homes scattered throughout the city.
