2023 Summer Weight Session Schedule
Men's Summer Weight Lifting Grades 10 -12 (click the link for sign-up form)
6:15 am and 7:15 am Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - Session begins on May 22 (one session after school - all others will be completed during weight lifting class - morning sessions start on Friday June 2)
