Dr.  Adam Drummond

Adam serves as an Associate Partner & Author for the International Center for Leadership in Education. Prior to his arrival at ICLE, Drummond operated the United Way of Huntington County, IN as President & CEO. Additionally, Drummond was honored to serve as a turnaround principal of Lincoln Elementary. 

Prior professional experiences include elementary and middle school teacher, professional development coordinator, technology integration specialist, and assistant principal. Drummond’s book The Instructional Change Agent offers school leaders offers 48 practical ways to support you in your day-to-day leadership as you work to boost student achievement and increase teacher efficacy.
