National Team Leader in Spain for 17 years. Throughout his life, he has been involved in various field ministries as High School, Campus, Family Life, and started AIA and the Executive ministries in Spain. Married to Gema, he has two adult children and two grandchildren.
Africa Director for the Global Church Movements of CCCI in 50 African countries. Dr. Tariku Fufa holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, Virginia Beach, USA. He is passionate about seeing Revival for Every heart; Gospel for Every Person; Discipleship for Every Believer; and Raising Leaders for Every Nation in Africa and Beyond.
Meg Robbins has been serving with Cru U.S. for 23 years. She loves walking alongside people, mentoring them and helping them take their next steps in the mission God invites them into. And she loves encouraging staff and partners as they join God in helping fulfill the Great Commission. Her journey has taken her to campuses across America and Pisa, Italy.
David joined staff of Cru in 2000. He worked with university students at various universities in the United States and in Pisa, Italy. He served as a team leader and later a Regional Director of U.S. Campus Field Ministries, overseeing campus ministries across the Southeast region of the U.S.
He and his wife, Meg, helped launch Cru’s ministry to millennials in the multicultural setting of New York City in 2012. This strategy ministered to 20-somethings and worked with and through partnerships in the body of Christ. It grew to a network and spread nationwide, establishing teams in 15 other cities across the U.S., and was adopted by other nations.
David became president of FamilyLife in December 2017, building on the four-decade foundation of the FamilyLife ministry. He and Meg led the way to reach new generations of families and empower them to win, build and send through movements in the family space.
David received his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Mississippi. David and Meg married in 2001 and live in Orlando, Florida, with their four children.
Javier was born in Zaragoza, Spain, in 1960. He is married to Gema with two adult children and two grandchildren. He enjoys life to the fullest and places great importance on maintaining “life-balance” by taking time for regular exercise (swimming), painting and walking through streets, parks and mountains to meditate, listen to the Lord and pray for passers-by.
Javier joined staff in 1981 after coming to faith through the Agape student ministry while studying Chemical engineering. He was involved in various field ministries (High School, Campus, Family Life, and started the AIA and the Executive ministries in Spain).
He was the Agape Spain National Director from 1989 to 2006. During this period, the number of staff grew from 15 to 120. He developed the conviction that partnership combined with a clear vision and a firm as well as supportive leadership style are essential in building up both people and ministries.
In 2006, he became director of Agape Europe. Javier led the ministry in a general turn-around process following the lead of our US parent organization, with a special focus on building unity and cooperation amongst the 22 Agape Europe countries.
Since 2021, he has the role of Global Vice President for the current Europe region, which now gathers 41 countries.
Apart from his main role, he is and has always been involved in different areas of field ministries. He is co-founder of Medical Compassion Mission; President of Cristians per Terrassa (an ecumenical initiative in his home city); Board member of CLIE publishing house, the larger Christian publisher in Spain; official representative of an association of evangelical churches; a regular preacher at his church as certified pastor; representative of the GLS in Spain; and he has a burden for authorities and uses every opportunity to voice the Christian principles among national government officials and politicians.
He has been leading Student-Led Movements in various organizational capacities for nearly 25 years. He is an author of the Holistic Ethical Leadership book and is from Ethiopia.
He is happily married to his wife, Bizunesh. They have three children–Phoebe, Manasseh, and Ephraim. Along with his family, he lives in Harare, Zimbabwe almost for 14 years now.
Meg Robbins is passionate about cultivating authentic, life-giving community and helping others experience the deep love of Jesus. She and her husband, David, have served leading and discipling students on campuses across the Southeast in the U.S., in Pisa, Italy, and as part of the Regional Director team in Atlanta, GA. Their ministry journey led them to New York City, where they helped build and lead a movement of young professionals with Cru City, and later to FamilyLife, where they invested in strengthening and mobilizing the next generation of thriving families.
Whether walking alongside college students, mentoring young leaders, or encouraging families, Meg delights in seeing people grow in their faith and be equipped to take their next step in the mission God is inviting them into. She loves encouraging staff and partners as they join God in helping fulfill the Great Commission. Meg and David have four kids—18 to 8. As a family, they love traveling, serving together, and leaning into God’s faithfulness in every season.
Sitting around the table with others, sharing life and Jesus and seeing hearts changed is what drives both Eni and Laci. They have three young adult children and serve in Budapest, Hungary, leading the National Team and LDHR.
Mariana is from Moldova. Her passion is to inspire people to believe that God can do great things through them, mobilise volunteers, try new things to increase effectiveness, strategically coach and develop leaders. She has a pioneering spirit and loves to network and build new relationships and partnerships.
They have been with Agape for 30 years. Laci's passion is to gather with other leaders around the Word of God to study what it means to lead from a surrendered heart. Eni's life is filled with people and conversation.
Agape+ is a ministry that walks alongside and provides options for the marginalized, as well as equips others to do the same. Apart from being daily and directly involved with the most vulnerable in her city through different projects, she also leads the equipping and empowering area of the ministry, training and mobilizing churches, educational centers, companies and others to understand, embody, and practice Biblical justice. She has an MA in Advanced English Studies and was a high school teacher before joining staff. She is married to Benji, also staff with Agape+, and they have two little kids.
His work focuses on building bridges between theology, culture, and contemporary life, inviting people to rethink how we do church and live out faith in today’s world. Through his books, academic articles, social media content, and YouTube videos, Lucas aims to make deep theological, biblical, and cultural ideas accessible to broader audiences.
As an author, he has published books such as Arte y fe (2016), La rebelión de los santos (2019), 95 tesis para la nueva generación (2022), and Teología Pop (2024). In addition to his writing, Lucas has also explored music, releasing two albums —Inocencia (2012) and Experiencia (2015)— and performing on stages across Argentina with international artists such as Eros Ramazzotti, Il Divo, Ricardo Montaner and Luis Fonsi.
Lucas lives in Spain, is married to Almendra, is an editor in an important Spanish theological publishing house, and regularly publishes videos on his YouTube channel Lucas Magnin ★ Teología Pop.
She came to Christ in 1995 through students in her dormitory.

In 1996 she joined a Bible study led by a new staff member of New Life (Cru), which had just started in Moldova.
She joined the New Life staff in 1999 and served in Moldova for 15 years in various student ministry roles, including 3 years as Operations Director.
In 2015 the family moved to Budapest and for 5 years she served on the Area SLM team, supporting student ministry in various countries.
She is currently helping with various needs in 5 countries in our regions and helping to coordinate the sending/receiving efforts in Europe.
Mariana is married to Eugene and has 2 kids (Eduard 20 and Catalina 12).
