Second Language Acquisition/Language Levels/Dimensions of Academic Language
Description
English learners are a diverse group of students with different language, academic, and social-emotional needs. It is important that we are able to support ELs in their language development as well as their academic growth. It is important to build educators' capacity in second language acquisition, the language levels, and the dimensions of academic language. This will better help them support the ELs in their classes.
