Fees

$200/person for full conference

One Day/Student (OT, PT, OTA & PTA): $125/person

Fee includes a light continental breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks both days.

Payment

Payment is due to CESA#1 BEFORE the first day of the conference (via cash, check or PO). Please include participant name, conference date and name on check or PO. No credit cards accepted. Make checks/PO payable to CESA #1 and mail to:

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations must be received by Noon on Wednesday, October 31 for a refund to be issued. CESA #1 has made commitments to the presenters and vendors; therefore, registrants who cancel after Noon on October 31 or do not attend the event will be billed for the full fee.
