Purchase for a Different Account

Instructions:

When purchasing a Certify'em plan within the Add-on, the subscription account is automatically detected and set by Certify'em.

If you need to purchase a subscription for a different Google account, you have 2 options:

Option #1

Sign-out of all your Google Accounts. Sign-in again with only the account you wish to purchase a subscription for. This will be the same account that certificates are emailed from. Open the Certify'em controls in your Google Form, and click the "Upgrade" link.

Option #2

Use the direct purchase buttons below. Type in the email addresss of the account you wish to purchase a subscription for. Preferably pay directly with credit card. If using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Stripe Link, ensure the email address tied to that payment service matches the email address you wish to associate your subscription with. Need help? Contact us.

You will receive a receipt via email after your purchase. If you don't receive a receipt, contact us for support.
Be sure to review our cancellation policy and fill out our cancellation form if you need to cancel.

IMPORTANT: If your account does not have access to Gmail (gmail.com), your quota will be limited to 60 emails recipients / day.

IMPORTANT: The higher limit of 1500 email recipients / day in the Platinum Plan requires a mature Google Workspace account.

This means you must be using Google Workspace (not @gmail.com), and that at least 60 days
have passed since you have reached the $100 USD to Google payment threshold.

If you do not have Google Workspace, or do but have not met the requirements yet, your quota will be 400 email recipients / day (or 60 emails recipients / day if you do not have access to Gmail)

Purchase an Event Pass Directly:

Get a short-term pass to Certify’em Platinum for your event.

Automatically expires after 60 days, allowing time for your event and any follow-up
You will receive a receipt via email after your purchase. If you don't receive a receipt, contact us for support.
