Welcome to CLS' mini-site on verification and reference letters. We offer the following options:

Confirmation of Volunteer Work Letter (Min 50 hours)

This letter confirms that you are a volunteer with us, your role and job description, and the number of hours you have completed.

Phone/Email Verification for Professional School (Min 50 hours)

If you are applying to a professional school (such as medical school), and require us to verify your hours and status at the organization through phone or email. Usually, these phone/emails have to be of a specific person and not a general mailbox. Please keep in mind, this is not a reference.

Letter of Reference (Min 200 hours)

This is a personalized letter of reference that could highlight specific skills and qualities you demonstrate in the chatroom. This is based on evaluations completed by Coordinators and Supervisors. This letter, although personalized, will reflect the quality of your work as reported by your superiors.
