Central Community School System (CCSS) and the Special Education Advisory Council members are excited to bring our parents of students with disabilities relevant information from our district and surrounding areas. This newsletter will be updated during the year as decided by our SEAC and district leaders with information and active links to events and resources. Recreation & Social Events

Taking a vacation together as a family can be challenging. Autism Travel was created to provide families and individuals with easy access to destinations and attractions that are trained and certified in autism and sensory sensitivities.

SpedTacular Socials allow children with disabilities and their families to build relationships with other families who experience the unique challenges and triumphs of everyday life.

Transition to Employment

CCSS works closely with parish and state departments to ensure that our students and families aging out of school services are supported in finding employment, continuing to develop job skills, and advancing their daily living skills. Here are a few options to assist in that transition.
