Piece Explanation

This piece represents my personal struggle of "juggling" activities with chronic illness in my daily life. The balls I am juggling are Zebra-patterned because Zebras represent the rarity of Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. Their mascot the zebra has unique stripes and no EDS sufferer has the same symptoms.

Art Style

I experimented with a semi-realistic art style for this piece. I went for a lineless art style using blending and shading to emulate depth without line art. I also created the pattern on the shirt by using lines and layer effects.
