Who We Are
CD Governance Partners was founded by Christine Decker and Catherine Davies to support international school boards through practical, experience-based governance work.
Christine Decker brings more than 15 years of governance experience, including Board service and leadership in policy development, strategic planning, and governance reform. She collaborates with the U.S. Department of State’s Office of Overseas Schools and contributes to the AISA Small Schools Resource Hub, aligning her work with NAIS, NESA, and MSA best practices.
Catherine Davies brings over 20 years of experience in non-profit management and international education. Her work spans operations management, strategic planning, and board development, with particular expertise in policy development and organizational improvement. As a regular member of MSA-CESS visiting teams, she brings a strong understanding of accreditation and effective governance in practice.
