📌Finals Schedule and Due Dates📌

📣E2020 classes are open for completion through May 20. Please continue to work on your E2020 classes up to the last day of school if necessary. E2020 classes must be 100% completed for the final grade to be posted on the transcript. If the E2020 class is not completed by the end of the semester, an "F" will be posted on the transcript.

📣The final day for SENIORS to turn in work is May 8th. Work turned in after 2:00 pm on May 8th will not be accepted for grading, EXCEPT for E2020 classes.

📣The final day for Freshman, Sophomores, and Juniors to turn in work is May 15. Work turned in after 2:00pm on May 15th will not be accepted for grading, EXCEPT for E2020 classes.

Senior Finals Dates:📌

May 12th. First and Fourth periods finals

May 13th. Second and Fifth periods finals

May 14th. Third and Sixth periods finals

Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors Finals Dates:📌

When Participating in Live Classes:

Classroom Hours for Teacher Scheduled Zoom /Google Hangout Meetings

  • 6:30-7:00 Zero Hour

  • 8:00-8:30 1st period

  • 8:45-9:15 2nd period

  • 9:30- 10:00 3rd period

  • 10:15- 10:45 4th period

  • Lunch 11:00-12:00

  • 12:15-12:45 5th period.

  • 1:00-1:30pm 6th periods

  • 2:00-3:00 pm Office Hours M-Th

    • Friday by appointment- email your teacher

Expectations

  • Each teacher runs his/her class differently. Check each teacher's website and emails for specific directions.

  • Check your teacher's website and/or Google Classroom daily.

  • Students should complete the daily check in for each class (attendance).

  • Complete the assignment, assessment, reading, viewing, or activity assigned for each class.

  • Turn in your check in and any assignments due each day.

  • Email your teacher if you have a question and/or attend the virtual office hours.


Attendance Policy

Please log in to each class daily and complete the check in - Attendance is taken for each class and must be completed BEFORE 2:00 pm. Students who do not complete the daily check ins for all classes will have an excused absence placed in the system.


Grades

Teachers will input grades into Infinite Campus weekly as usual. If the grade at the end of the fourth quarter is lower than the grade at the end of the third quarter, the third quarter grade will be placed on the transcript as the final grade. Students have the opportunity to improve grades in the fourth quarter.


**AP/IB/Dual Enrollment

  • Students who are currently taking Advanced Placement, IB, and Dual Enrollment classes must attend class daily as well as complete all assignments. AP/IB/Dual Enrollment grades WILL go up or down based on the student's work. The final grade at the end of quarter four will be placed on the transcript as these are college level courses.

  • AP classes DO have a final College Board assessment to be taken from home. EXCEPT AP Seminar will not have an exam this year.

  • IB students will NOT have a final assessment from IB, however are required to complete all IA's, papers, research, and submissions.

  • Dual Enrollment classes must continue to adhere to PVCC attendance and work completion guidelines. Please see your teacher's website for additional clarification.


E-Learning Lab

Students using our online grade replacement program, Edgenuity, can continue to work. Please text Mr. Gurule or Mrs. Meils if you need a bypass. Students can take unit tests and final assessments online from home by texting or emailing Mr. Gurule. He will open the test between 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. The unit tests are timed to 60 minutes. The final assessment is timed also, based on the length of the test.
