Carter Moulton, PhD
Carter Moulton, PhD is an academic developer, speaker, facilitator, and media researcher. He is the creator of Analog Inspiration, an educational card deck project featured on Inside Higher Ed, Teaching in Higher Ed, AI4K12, and OneHE. He currently works as a faculty developer at Colorado School of Mines, leading institutional initiatives on AI, teaching, and learning. His pedagogical work spans training primary and secondary teachers in Thailand, founding a peer observation program for graduate students at Northwestern University, and delivering faculty training in India. His work has been published in places such as Teaching and Learning Inquiry, the American Society of Engineering Education, the International Journal of Cultural Studies, and Popular Communication.

Rachel Koblic is a learning executive and AI builder working at the intersection of learning science, product design, and emerging technology. She has held senior leadership roles at Matter and Space, Pavilion, and 2U/edX, where she led learning experience strategy for online university degree programs. Her current work focuses on adaptive learning systems, knowledge graphs, pedagogical agents, and LLM-based evaluation. Rachel speaks internationally on AI and education, and her work has appeared in The Pedagogical Promptbook, EDUCAUSE Review, and Fast Company. She holds degrees from Indiana University and Princeton University.

Dr Ana Elena Schalk Quintanar is an Academic Developer/Artificial Intelligence Specialist at the Learning, Teaching and Assessment Team in TU Dublin. She leads the AI Plan in Teaching and Learning across Faculties, participates as a member in the Academic Integrity Committee and the Faculty of Computing, Digital, and Data AI Taskforce. She contributes to EUT+ Work Package 2 “Digital Transformation”, leading a GenAI in T&L initiative across nine universities in Europe. She is also part of the EU Association (EUA) Learning & Teaching Thematic Group ‘Preparing students and teaching staff for a world marked by AI’ (2026-2027).

Dr Justin Tonra is an Associate Professor of English and Academic Integrity Officer at University of Galway. His research interests lie at the intersections of literature and technology, and comprise work in the fields of digital humanities, book history, textual studies and bibliography, authorship, and poetry of the Romantic period. He currently serves as Deputy Chairperson of the National Academic Integrity Network (NAIN).
