This IMPORTANT form will help us to keep in better touch with you throughout the year. Please take a moment to fill this out as completely as possible. If you prefer to fill out a paper version, it will be sent home on Back to School Night.
Your child will need certain supplies in order to succeed when working remotely from home when they are ill. Please make sure your child has these basics so that during office hours and while working independently, your child will be able to soar!
If you are able, please consider donating some of these supplies to our class so that we can distribute them to students who might not have access and use them when we are together face to face. We have each linked our Amazon Wish List to make donating the necessary supplies easier for you! Thanks for your support!
Often, parents ask how they can help their children succeed in fourth grade. The links below are a list of resources that you can use to help your child excel. Be sure to also check the Student Portal. There are kid-friendly links to help with both reading and math.
