Welcome
Hello, my name is Mrs. Tracy Legner. I am thrilled to be teaching fifth grade this year. Thank you for entrusting me with your precious child! I believe that parents are the first and most important teachers in their children's lives. I am looking forward to teaming with you to make your child's year one of growth and enjoyment.
I have taught third, fourth, fifth grade for 30 years in the district, so I have a unique perspective. I know what our students have been learning in previous grades, and I am passionate about preparing your child to be successful in middle school.
If you are a student, please know we will do lots of learning this year, but we will have fun too. Our motto is, "When it is time to work hard, we work hard. When it is time to play, we play hard." Let's get rolling!
