Each year, a Preliminary Budget is prepared for the CCCPRD Board to review and approve at the regular meeting held on the second Tuesday in May. This preliminary budget is a tentative estimate of anticipated revenues and expenditures for the upcoming fiscal year. At the Budget Hearing held on the third Wednesday in July, the finalized budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1st is presented to the Board for adoption. Funds within budget categories may be reallocated with Board approval, but any changes that cause the overall budget to be exceeded require a formal budget amendment and hearing. All CCCPRD Board meetings are open to the public.
