Welcome to First Grade!

Dear First Grade Families,

Welcome to one of the most fabulous years your child will have in his/her school career-First Grade!  We like to call our students our “fabulous firsties!” and as they grow and learn this year you will see why.  This is a BIG transition year, one in which you will see your child continue to develop their academic skills, fundamental work habits, appropriate social skills, problem solving abilities and also decision making skills.  

First grade is an exciting time as our students embark on new adventures with learning. We hope to make your first graders experience a fun and exciting one, and to instill a life long love of learning!
