Mrs. Ashton Hayes

Welcome to Agriscience! I am pleased to have you. This is my 16th year teaching Agriscience to middle school students in Cumberland County. I graduated from TTU in 2009 with a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science. I returned to school the following year, and finished with a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction in 2011, then added two special education endorsements to my license in 2021.

I have been married to my husband,  Russell, for the last 15 years. We have 3 children that take up most of our time ,while not at school.  They enjoy participating in youth rodeo's. We spend lots of time riding, roping, goat tying, and barrel racing.  We also own ,and run our own farm. We currently own Hazey Creek Farms ,where we  have a cow/ calf operation, running Brangus and Angus cattle,  quarter horses, cattle dogs, and hay crops.
