Track and Field

Program Overview

Track & Field is a team that provides a niche for many individuals, with many options for participation, including running, jumping, and throwing. There are 9 different running events ranging from the 100 meter dash to the two mile. There are also 5 field events such as discus, shot put, long jump, high jump, and triple jump.

Season Information

Track & Field season begins in February and ends at the end of April.

Tryout Dates and Times

The 2018 Track & Field Information meeting will be on Thursday, February 1st at 3:00pm in the cafeteria.

Try-outs will be held 2/12-2/15 from 3:00-4:30

  • Girls will try-out Monday (2/12) and Wednesday (2/14)
  • Boys will try-out Tuesday (2/13) and Thursday (2/15)

Students interested in trying out for Track & Field must have a physical on file dated after May 1, 2016, along with a signed concussion awareness form.
