All athletes must have a completed application and concussion form in order to participate. Both forms can be found below. All forms are due no later than Wednesday December 19, 2018.

Runners on the team are expected to attend practices every Monday and Wednesday from 2:20 PM until 3:45 PM. We practice rain, sleet, or snow so please dress accordingly!
