EDUC 571
My current profession aligns a lot of instructional learning theories and puts them into practice. Oftentimes this is used with adult learners and data from their current practice.
I was able to explore a different lens with this assignment by understanding the journey of ELL students over the past few years and aligning the data to the supports that our division needs to implement. The data story has changed, and so should educational leaders’ strategies. For English Language Learners to progress, educational leaders will need to meet the students at the level they are currently at and provide support to the students, families, and communities they serve.
