Due to space limitations, we ask that you please remain outside the doors until your scheduled time. A member of the staff will check you in, double-check your completed form, and then move you inside.
As time slots fill, they will be removed as an option.
If you don't get in, email gquinn@ccps.org and we will begin a waitlist to work you in later in the evening or if someone cancels. Please do not show up as we are setting up because we will have to turn you away until later.Only ONE appointment per child. Do not book multiple appointments for the same child or one will be removed.
By registering online, you are granting permission for your child to participate in the free physicals offered by ChristianaCare Union Hospital/Cecil County Public Schools.

A mask will NOT be required.
Come dressed in shorts and a T-shirt.
Please have your Athletic Form packet with the Pre-Participation History (page 1 of the Athletic Forms Packet) completed/signed.
Please wait outside the doors until you are "checked-in" by a member of the staff.
