The safety of our students is our highest priority. Arrival and dismissal are times where it is all-hands-on-deck to get students into school or returned to their mode of transportation safely and efficiently.
There is an opportunity for parents to help staff with this important task by directing traffic, helping kids to their vehicles, and providing supervision to ensure a safe environment.
Volunteers wishing to take this opportunity are asked to do so for the entire arrival or departure period (both MSHS and elementary.)
Anyone wishing to volunteer for this role should carefully read the information below.
Prior to your first shift, please coordinate to meet with Mr. Eddie. This can take place in the time between your arrival and the start of student arrival/dismissal, but should be coordinated to ensure he is in the building.
Volunteers will check in at the front desk of 939 upon arrival for their shift. Sign in on the volunteer book and obtain a volunteer badge. At the completion of the shift, volunteers will sign out and return their badge.
