From the current coral bleaching worldwide problem including Thailand which one of many countries that face the significant impacts from these problem and coral reefs are still facing severe threats. These lead to hard attempts from many sectors, both the public sector and the private sector also local people, to solving this problem. However, the impacts seem too hard to handle, and their efforts are not enough to mitigate the impacts, especially for the environmental effects also coral reef ecosystems. Nowadays, this problem seems to be magnified, and the degradation of natural resources is noticeable especially marine resources which are the essential resources for human food security. In addition, the coral reefs are one of the marine resources that feeding the major income of the country from marine tourism with the outstanding of the beautiful and the high biodiversity of coral reef ecosystems.
At present, there are a number of agencies to help corals directly and indirectly, such as creating understanding through learning or cultivating the mind for the conservation of natural resources—breeding for the restoration of coral reefs in different areas. Research and implementation of various technologies came to help develop research for coral breeding and rehabilitation. Consequently, the concept of building a center for cooperation and helping coral reef ecosystems was concretely through the design of architectural areas in response to various area utilization activities.
