ACE Benchmark Schedule:

The Q2 ACE Benchmarks will be administered according to the schedule below. Each benchmark will be administered during the first period time block starting at 7:40 am. Please make sure students are on time to school these four days. Please remember that the ACE Benchmark will count 5% toward a student's overall semester grade.

• Math ACE Benchmark: December 13

• Science ACE Benchmark: December 16

• Social Studies ACE Benchmark: December 17

• ELA ACE Benchmark: December 18

High School Course Final Exam Schedule:

8th grade students taking high school courses will be administered semester exams according to the schedule below. Semester exams are a requirement for all high school courses and will count 20% of a student’s overall semester grade. Reminder: There are no exam exemptions for any middle school student taking a high school course due to a change in district Policy IH. 

• Algebra I Exam: December 16

• Physical Science Exam: December 17

• Spanish I Exam: December 18

Extracurricular Activities Updates

Basketball Ticket Purchase Instructions:

ALL basketball tickets MUST be purchased via GoFan. Columbia County Schools are not offering cash

tickets at the gate. LMS is offering the option to purchase season passes that will save you some money on the

transaction fees. Season passes are valid for regular season HOME GAMES ONLY. Tickets for playoffs and championships will have to be purchased separately. To purchase tickets, please visit  www.gofan.co

● General Admission Basketball Ticket - $4 per game, $20 for season passes

● Student Admission Basketball Ticket - $3 per game, $15 for season passes

Athletics Academic Eligibility Reminder: 

• 2nd Semester Eligibility is based on the student passing 5 of 6 classes during the 1st semester.

• A student who will reach the age of 16 on or prior to May 1st is not eligible in middle school competition.
