My name is Timothy Hunter and I'm so excited to be your 7th Grade Social Studies Teacher this year. I'll share a little about myself. This is my first year teaching. I retired from the Army in 2018 after an almost 21 year career. I'm married with three kids. My oldest daughter is in the Army, my youngest daughter is an 8th grader here at LMS, and my son is a 3rd grader at Blue Ridge. During my Army career, I was afforded the opportunity the chance to live and visit in many different parts of the world, including some of the places we will learn about this year. I have a passion for learning about different cultures, governments, and traditions of other countries. I hope to instill that passion for learning in my students. If you're an Atlanta Falcons fan, I already know you will be a good student and you're being raised by a good family. If you're a Saints fan.....don't worry, there is still time to save you.
