Golf Tryout Checklist

1.Physical and Athletic forms must be turned in and checked off on Dragonfly prior to 1st day of practice/Tryouts on Monday, 1/25/27 in order to participate.  

2. Turn in 2 scorecards for 9 or 18 holes by Friday, 1/22/27

3. Tryout Date: Monday January, 25 Time: 3:15pm

4. Location: TBD

5. Golf attire must be worn for all practices/matches

6. Once we get to January, please go ahead and renew your Youth on Course card.  Many courses we play accept the YOC card including Bartram.  This will save money.
