Hello,

My name is Amy Crowe and I am new to Columbia Middle School. I am beginning year 21 and look forward to working with each and everyone of you. I previously taught in Oconee County and while I was there I became certified in gifted and ESOL. I have taught all grades and primarily teach English. My goal is to help your child learn new strategies to help him or her grow in their reading and writing skills. I like to have different classroom environments whether it is small group, whole group or individual conferencing. I look forward to the upcoming year and am excited for this new experience. I have 3 girls at the age of 11, 14 and 17. My youngest is autistic and has been a learning experience for me. I am a huge UGA fan and graduated from Georgia College and State University. I have coached cross country, track and have been a beta sponsor throughout my career as an educator.
