About me: I love to read literature, articles, stories, poetry--everything! I am passionate about my subject. I am an educator, mother of four, US Army veteran,  linguist, gardener, and a lifelong learner. I always seek to stay informed on current events, pop culture, new authors, and best teaching practices, but above all, I use what I read to continually work towards self-improvement. I have high expections of my students, but also of myself as I work to provide  safe, stimulating, valuable learning experience. I love to laugh and enjoy life to its fullest.
