ICL (International Companion of Learning) is a program from NTU(National Taiwan University) which engages students to communicate with foreigner exchange students in English.   Students have a change to know about local and foreign cultures.  This is the meet-up activity for our students to meet their foreign companions.  It is an exciting moment.
