Team Assembly 

1. Check the following roles for people in your team:

• The Anchor (Stability): Keeps everyone calm and follows the main plan.

• The Scout (Vision): Watches what other food trucks are doing and spots trends.

• The Pivot (Agility): The person who can change their job the fastest when things go wrong.

• The Specialist (Skill): The expert who knows exactly how to make the product perfectly.

• The Communicator (Clarity): Explains things clearly to the team and the customers.

• The Tech-Whiz (Digital): Manages the social media and the digital payment apps. 

2. You are opening a Food Truck at a festival in Parque de la 93 but here you have some possible difficult situations. You must write down a 2-sentence solution and explain which team member or members are leading the fix.

Event 1 (Volatile): "A famous influencer just posted that your type of food is 'out of style.' Sales are dropping!" 

Event 2 (Uncertain/Complex): "A massive Bogotá rainstorm starts. The park is flooding, and your credit card machine is offline." 

Event 3 (Ambiguous): "A customer complains that your food is 'too different' but doesn't explain why. Your team is confused."

3. If you had picked a team only of your best friends who are all exactly like you, which of the events would have destroyed your business?
